Ann Mostoller is an attorney in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Along with a small group of women, she applied for and was accepted to the School of Law at University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1971. When she graduated in 1974, she formed a law firm with her fellow graduate, Dorothy Stulberg in Oak Ridge because neither would be hired as lawyers in the all-male law firms. Here Mostoller discusses her experiences in law school, balancing school and parenting two children, Women’s issues and electoral politics.
